Surat: Confusion has arisen among the public after British pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca withdrew Covishield vaccine stocks. In India, Covishield was widely administered, prompting concerns among recipients.

The recent increase in reported heart attack cases in Surat, with two to three cases daily, has further heightened concerns. Many are wondering if Covishield recipients are at risk of adverse effects.
