Surat : A pregnant woman from Vadod village delivered a healthy child at home with the help of 108 ambulance team.

108 Ambulance Team Conducts Successful Home Delivery

Reshmidevi Rahulbhai Bhervi, a 23-year-old woman from Vadod, Surat, was in labor when 108 ambulance was called for assistance. The ambulance team reached the spot and examined the pregnant woman, but it was not possible to take her to the hospital. As the situation was dire, 108 EMT Nitin Dabhi carefully performed the delivery at home, where the woman gave birth to a healthy child.

Mother and Child Admitted to Hospital

After the successful home delivery, the mother and child were shifted to New Civil Hospital for further treatment. The family expressed their gratitude towards the 108 ambulance team for their timely assistance, which proved to be a lifeline for the woman and her child.
