In a tragic and shocking incident, a 19-year-old student studying at MS University's Faculty of Science in Vadodara succumbed to a heart attack on Wednesday night. The event has sent ripples of grief through the student community and raised further concerns about the rising instances of heart issues among young people.
The Sudden Loss of a Promising Student
Deep Chaudhary, originally from Patan, was in his SY (Second Year) of Zoology studies at MS University. According to friends, Deep was enjoying a meal of Chole Bhature before heading to the hostel to meet friends. While conversing in the hostel room, he suddenly complained of chest pain and collapsed.
His friends, panicked by the unexpected turn of events, quickly called an ambulance and rushed Deep to Sayaji Hospital. Tragically, he died before reaching medical assistance.
University Community in Mourning
Faculty members and the dean of the faculty were informed and promptly arrived at Sayaji Hospital, along with the local police. The body was sent for a postmortem to determine further details about the heart attack.
Dean of Science, Prof. Kataria, expressed profound sorrow over the loss, stating, "The student was brilliant in studies, and it is sad that the faculty has lost such a promising student." He added that more information would become available following the post mortem report.
Deep's fellow students recounted the terrifying moments as they carried him from the second floor of the hostel, only for him to die before they could reach the hospital.
