Surat. Vandan Bihani, a talented student of S.D. Jain Modern School, has achieved remarkable success in the CBSE board examination 2025-26, securing the first position in Surat city after re-evaluation.
This achievement has brought pride not only to the school but to the entire city. In the initial results, Vandan Bihani scored 491 out of 500, which is equivalent to 98.20 percent. However, not being satisfied with his performance, he applied for the CBSE re-evaluation process on June 7, 2026.
The re-evaluation results announced on June 21, 2026, showed a significant increase in his marks. His score in Economics increased from 94 to 97, while in Business Studies, it rose from 97 to 99. Thus, with an overall increase of 5 marks, his total score improved from 491 to 496, which is equivalent to 99.20 percent.
Based on this revised result, Vandan Bihani has set a new record by achieving the first position in Surat city. His success is considered an inspiring example of hard work, discipline, concentration, and academic excellence. Vandan has demonstrated his extraordinary talent by scoring 100 out of 100 in important subjects like English, Accountancy, and Applied Maths.
The school administrators Kailash Jain, Anand Jain, Ashok Jain, and Principal Chetan Dalwala congratulated Vandan Bihani on this historic achievement and wished him a bright future. They stated that Vandan's success will serve as an inspiration for other students of the school.
