Surat: Dr. Jatin Bamaniya Elected as New President of Association of Physicians of Surat
Surat. Dr. Jatin Bamaniya (MD Physician) has been elected as the president of the Association of Physicians of Surat for the year 2026-27.
His oath-taking ceremony was held on May 30 at Hotel Dream Festival located on Gauravpath Road. C.R. Patil, the Union Minister of Water Power of the Government of India, was present as the chief guest. Meenakshiben Desai, the president of Bhulka Bhavan School, attended the event as a special guest.
Dr. Parulben Vadgama, the in-charge medical superintendent of Surat New Civil Hospital, officiated the oath-taking. Over 270 participants, including city doctors, representatives from the health sector, and dignitaries from various fields, attended the event. On this occasion, the newly elected president, Dr. Jatin Bamaniya, pledged to elevate the association to new heights and effectively fulfill its responsibilities towards society through medical service.
He stated that the Association of Physicians of Surat will continue to strive for excellence in the medical field, professional development of physicians, and advancing community welfare initiatives. Various topics related to collaboration in the medical field, health awareness, and public service were also discussed during the ceremony. The event concluded with best wishes for the newly elected team and hopes for a bright future for the organization.
