Surat. The social organization 'Purvanchal Samuhik Vivah Anushthan Samiti' from Surat organized a grand mass wedding for 1100 tribal daughters in Assam with the objectives of service, culture, and religious protection.

Continuing its long-standing tradition, the organization conducted this special ceremony in the tribal areas of Northeast India this year as well. The event was specifically for the daughters of tribal families working in Assam's tea gardens. The program was organized under the leadership of Vijay Chaumal, the head of the Dharma Jagran Samvay-Surat Vivah Samiti, with special support from Rakesh Kansal, the patron of Purvanchal Samuhik Vivah Anushthan Samiti, Surat.

The formal wedding ceremonies for the daughters of needy families residing in remote villages of these areas were conducted. A special delegation from Surat also reached Assam to directly participate in this service work and oversee the arrangements.

The organization's officials stated that such programs work to strengthen service, cooperation, and cultural unity in society.

According to the committee, this event is not limited to just wedding programs but is an effort to strengthen the sentiments of service, culture, and religious protection in society. The organization believes that the generosity and social participation of the people of Surat have brought new hope and happiness into the lives of the needy daughters of Northeast India.
