Following this, at 9:30 AM, the rally would depart from there and reach Vanita Vishram, where groups coming from Bhatar, Vesu, Pandesara, Citylight, and Adajan would also join. Subsequently, all participants would unite in large numbers to march to the Collector's office and submit a memorandum to the President and Prime Minister.
