Surat, June 26 – Recognizing the pivotal role of communication skills in achieving business success, the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) organized a one-day workshop on professional communication at Samruddhi in Nanpura, Surat. The workshop, held from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., was led by personality development expert Ms. Heena Jain, who offered in-depth guidance to entrepreneurs on effective business communication.
SGCCI President Nikhil Madrasi emphasized that workshops like these equip entrepreneurs and professionals with essential soft skills needed for business growth. He noted that such skills are vital not only for managing businesses efficiently but also for effective team leadership.
As per agency report, Ms. Heena Jain elaborated on foundational communication skills required for success in business, stressing that polite conduct and clear communication are key to building long-term professional relationships. She guided attendees through practical aspects of presentation skills, email etiquette, verbal and non-verbal communication, and confident public speaking.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Mahesh Pamnani, Chairman of SGCCI’s Education and Skill Development Center, distributed certificates to participating entrepreneurs and professionals and expressed gratitude to all attendees. The event marked a significant step toward helping local business leaders refine their communication abilities and progress toward their professional goals.
