Surat: 'Kunda Distribution Program' organized by Samprati Foundation and Aboljeev Charitable Trust
Surat. A successful 'Kunda Distribution Program' was organized by Samprati Foundation and Aboljeev Charitable Trust to provide relief to mute animals and birds during the intense heat and to strengthen the spirit of compassion in society.
Neerav Shah, President of Samprati Foundation and former Deputy Mayor, informed that this program was held at Dhabkar Circle in Adajan as part of the ongoing 'Chhas Karave Hash' campaign for the past 22 days. During the campaign, a large number of citizens participated, demonstrating sensitivity and a spirit of service towards animals and birds. Under the program, people were distributed kundas so that they could arrange water and food for birds and animals in their homes, shops, and surrounding areas.
The organizers stated that due to the lack of water in the summer season, mute creatures face significant difficulties, and even small initiatives from society can prove life-saving for them. The program was successfully conducted and concluded with the cooperation of the workers from Samprati Foundation and Aboljeev Charitable Trust. On this occasion, gratitude was expressed to all the dignitaries, social workers, and supporters present at the event.
The organizers appealed to citizens to join this compassion campaign during the summer days and ensure arrangements for water and food for birds and animals in their vicinity. Neerav Shah, President of Samprati Foundation and former Deputy Mayor, conveyed the message during the program— 'Every home should have a pond that serves as a lifeline for birds and mute creatures.'
