Rapolu Buchiramulu (Buchi Master) Reappointed as BJP General Secretary for Limbayat-Udhna Yard Ward No. 25 in Surat
Surat, April 12, 2025 — In a key organizational reshuffle within the Surat city unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Buchiramulu Venkayya Rapolu, popularly known as Buchi Master, has once again been appointed as the General Secretary for Limbayat-Udhna Yard Ward No. 25. The party's move reaffirms its trust in his leadership and long-standing commitment to public service.
The appointment comes in the wake of the recent leadership changes under Surat BJP President Paresh Patel, who has been actively reconstituting ward-level responsibilities. Buchi Master had previously served in the same role, earning recognition for his proactive and dedicated work.
A retired teacher from the Telugu Medium Nagar Primary School in Surat, Buchi Master continues to remain actively involved in social service. He is widely respected not only as a committed BJP worker but also as a prominent representative of the Telugu community in the city.
Over the years, he has played key roles in several organizations, including the Shikshan Sangh and the New Teachers Association Co-op Credit Society. He also serves as an advisory member of the Markandeya Padmashali Samaj, Vice President of the Gujarat Pradesh Padmashali Sangham, and General Secretary of the Surat Telugu Adarsh Mitra Mandal.
Currently, he is actively engaged in religious and social initiatives across areas like Mithikhadi, Godadara, and Parvat in Limbayat. Additionally, he is a member of the Limbayat Police Station Peace Committee, contributing to local harmony and civic engagement.
Upon his reappointment, Buchi Master extended his gratitude to Gujarat BJP President C.R. Patil, Surat City BJP President Paresh Patel, Limbayat MLA Sangeeta Patil, Choriyasi MLA Sandeep Desai, Udhna MLA Manubhai Patel, and local ward councillors Vikram Patil, Bhushan Patil, Kavitaben Engundula, and Kantaben Vakodikar for their continued support and faith in him.
His return to the party post has been welcomed with enthusiasm among the Telugu community and BJP workers, sparking renewed energy and unity within the local cadre.
