40 Vadodara Students Approved for Writer Assistance in Upcoming GSEB Exams

Vadodara is gearing up for the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GSEB) exams starting March 11th. As part of the preparations, the District Education Office (DEO) has approved writer assistance for 40 students so far.

These students, 21 from class 10 and 19 from class 12, will be unable to write their exams themselves due to various reasons. This includes 24 students from the Social Security Department's blind school and 16 others approved by the DEO for writer assistance.

The DEO provides writer assistance to students who are physically unable to write their exams. This can be due to visual impairment, injuries, permanent disabilities, or other reasons. A medical certificate from a Civil Surgeon is required for approval.

While 40 applications have been processed, the DEO anticipates more applications in the final days leading up to the exams. To accommodate this, the DEO office remained open even on the Shivratri holiday to accept applications and finalize exam preparations.
