Surat : Dr. Draupadi Murmu, the President of India, is set to make her first visit to Surat after assuming office on February 12th. She will be the chief guest at the 20th graduation ceremony of the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), where she will award degrees to 1434 students and present medals to 23 gold medalists.

A total of 1434 students from various programs, including 126 PhD, 805 B.Tech, 355 M.Tech, and 148 M.Sc, will graduate. Additionally, 23 students who achieved the highest marks will be recognized with gold medals by the President herself.
