Surat - In yet another horrifying incident, three antisocial elements publicly attacked a man over a minor bike accident in Surat's Sachin area. The victim's brother-in-law, Deep Patel, was riding his moped home from work when three bikers hit him near Gujarat Housing Board while attempting to overtake. The bikers then started quarrelling with Deep over the accident, and the situation quickly escalated.
The attackers, identified as Rakesh Wagh and two others, started beating Deep and stabbing him with a knife. The entire incident was captured on video, which shows the attackers using iron fists and knife-like weapons on the victim. Deep suffered severe head and back injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
The police have registered a case against the three attackers and started an investigation.
