Brazen Burglary Shakes Surat: Thieves Target Relationship Manager's Home in Pandesara
Family Away at Hospital, Valuables Worth Lakhs Stolen in Midnight Heist
In a shocking incident in Surat's Pandesara area, a daring burglary has left a family in distress. Ajaybhai Rajnath Rajput, a relationship manager at Indo Star Home Finance Private Limited, returned home to find his residence ransacked and valuables worth lakhs missing.
The incident unfolded on the night of December 1 while the entire family, including Rajput's ailing wife, was away at a private hospital. The victim, a resident of Akash Darshan Row House in Pandesara, shared that his wife had fallen ill shortly after their wedding ceremony on November 28. The family spent the night at the hospital, only to return the next day to a disarrayed home.
Upon reaching home with his young son, Rajput discovered signs of forced entry, with the main door knob broken. Subsequent investigation revealed that the thieves had targeted a safe within the house, making away with 25 tola gold, one and a half kg silver, Rs 50,000 in cash, and other valuable items, including electronic gadgets and jewelry.
Ajaybhai Rajnath Rajput, who hails from Bhojpur, Uttar Pradesh, expressed his shock and dismay over the incident. Having resided in the house for the past five years and working at Indo Star Home Finance Private Limited for the last five months, Rajput is now grappling with the increased responsibilities of caring for his sick wife and young son.
Pandesara police have registered a complaint and initiated an investigation into the burglary. The victim is urging authorities to apprehend the culprits and recover the stolen items, bringing a sense of justice and security back to his shaken family.
