Surat's Saroli-Olpad flyover bridge will finally open on Sunday, March 19, after a two-month delay due to the unavailability of high-ranking officials for the inauguration. The railway overbridge connecting Saroli-Olpad was completed at a cost of 32 crore rupees, and local residents have been eagerly waiting for its inauguration. However, the ribbon-cutting ceremony was postponed repeatedly, causing frustration among the public.

To ease the aggrieved people, the bridge will now be inaugurated in the virtual presence of the Chief Minister. In addition to the flyover, four other projects worth 38.97 crore rupees will also be inaugurated on Sunday.
