SURAT — Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) witnessed a significant reshuffle today with the official announcement of chairpersons and vice-chairpersons for its various committees. The atmosphere was electric as large crowds convened to witness the formal appointment of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of these committees.
Mayor Dakshesh Mevani, Deputy Mayor Dr. Narendra Patil, Standing Committee Chairman Rajan Patel, and ruling party leader Shashi Tripathi took the initiative to congratulate the newly appointed committee chairmen in person, setting a precedent of camaraderie.
