Surat: Unopposed Election of New Executive Committee of Adajan Ghoddod Road Maheshwari Sabha

The elections for the 2026-29 session of the regional unit Adajan Ghoddod Road Maheshwari Sabha, under Surat District Maheshwari Sabha, were unanimously completed on Thursday. The unopposed election of all officials reflected a spirit of unity and cooperation within the organization.

Sunil Maheshwari was elected unopposed as president for the second consecutive term. The new executive committee was also formed unanimously. The committee includes Pravesh Mohta as Secretary, Ghanshyam Soni as Treasurer for the second consecutive term, and Ravindra Devpura as Organization Minister.

Kamal Bajaj and Manoj Gandodiya were appointed as Vice Presidents, and Chetan Kothari was entrusted with the responsibilities of Joint Secretary. The Sabha's patron, Ramsahay Soni, expressed gratitude to all newly elected officials and election officers Shrilal Sarda, Mahendra Jhavar, and Gopal Bharadia for a successful and smooth election process. The Sabha's patron, Omprakash Devpura, wished the new executive committee well, expressing confidence that the newly elected team would work with new energy and dedication for the welfare of the community, strengthening the organization and uplifting the society.

Outgoing Secretary Sunil Jagetia also congratulated all elected officials, stating that the unopposed election of young leadership would provide new strength to the organization. He expressed hope that the new team would advance social service, youth projects, and social activities more effectively.
