Mumbai, May 19. The Malayalam film Drishyam from the South Industry is set to create a stir in cinemas once again.
Filled with suspense and thrill, this film is ready to make a splash on the big screen. Directed by Jeethu Joseph, the audience is eagerly awaiting the release of Drishyam-3. There is also considerable discussion regarding the fees of its star cast before the film's release.
Reports suggest that actor Mohanalal has charged a fee of 20 crores for Drishyam-3. It is noteworthy that for the first part, Mohanalal charged only 5-6 crores. In the case of Drishyam-2, he charged 10-12 crores.
The fees of the star cast of Drishyam-3 are also a topic of discussion. The actress playing Mohanalal's daughter has also seen an increase in her fee this time. Esther Anil, who plays the role of the younger daughter Anu, received around 25 lakhs.
Meanwhile, Anasiba Hasan, who plays the role of the elder daughter Anju, reportedly received 1 crore. Interestingly, the craze for this film is not limited to Malayalam cinema. Its popularity has also increased in Hindi cinema, especially after its release on OTT platforms.
