Gruesome Murder in Vadodara Reveals Complex Love Triangle and Betrayal

In a shocking discovery, a young man's dismembered body found on the railway line near Khakaria village of Savli taluka in Vadodara has led investigators to uncover a plot of romantic entanglement and betrayal. Investigations have revealed that the deceased's wife was intricately involved in the planning and execution of his murder.

On May 31, 2023, the remains of the young man were discovered scattered across the Mumbai-Delhi main railway line near Khakaria village on Savli Halol Road. Initially recorded as an accidental death, the Savli police revised their stance when the deceased's wife filed a murder complaint.

The victim was identified as Jatinbhai Darji, a resident of Mangalmurti flat, Godhra Road, Halol in the Panchmahal district. His abandoned Maruti Swift car was found on the outskirts of Uttamnagar, three kilometers from where his remains were discovered. Investigations, based on call records, potential business feuds, and possible love affairs, led to the arrest of Vijay alias Anjo Ramabhai Nayak, a resident of Champaner, whose phone records placed him at the location of the incident.

Upon questioning, Vijay revealed that he, along with another suspect, Sandeep Kanhaiyalal of Neveria Colony, had been commissioned by Nagjibhai Bharwad of Halol to carry out the murder. According to their account, they lured Jatin to the railway tracks with a liquor party where they strangled him and left his body on the tracks.

Further investigation uncovered a complex love triangle. Biralben, Jatin's wife, had been involved in an extramarital affair with Dharmesh alias Dhamo Patel, a local tailor. The police ascertained that Biralben, having perceived her husband as an obstacle to her romantic relationship, conspired with her lover to murder Jatin.

In a dramatic turn of events, Biralben, initially the complainant, emerged as a key suspect in her husband's murder. She was apprehended and brought to the Savli police station. During questioning, she attempted to destroy her mobile phone, presumably to erase evidence. The police have since retrieved the damaged phone and continue their investigation into the shocking crime. All suspects involved are currently under arrest as the investigation continues.
