To enhance and modernize passenger facilities, Vadodara station has established a unique digital lounge, the second of its kind in Indian Railways. The Vadodara division also played a unique role in the awareness campaign for the Rail One app. This achievement by the commercial department is the result of intensive and regular ticket checking campaigns, increased regional supervision, and robust vigilance to ensure compliance among passengers.

This success reflects the coordinated efforts, effective monitoring, and efficiency of the team. The Vadodara division continues to strive for better passenger services and revenue growth, with plans to expand such modern facilities in the future.
