Amidst ongoing controversies, Baba Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham is planning a grand spiritual event, the Divine Darbar, at the Limbayat Nilgiri Ground in Surat city on May 26-27. Despite the ongoing discussions surrounding Dhirendra Shastri's recent statements, the event's organizers are preparing to welcome an estimated crowd of 200,000.
Dhirendra Shastri Maharaj himself will grace the Divine Darbar, which is being hosted from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on both days. The spiritual leader's arrival in Surat is anticipated to draw a massive crowd. In honor of his visit, the organizers are planning a grand roadshow with various points of interest to give him a warm welcome.
However, the event has not been without its share of controversy. Amit Singh Rajput, a member of the Surat Divya Darbar Committee, addressed concerns about negative social media posts targeting Dhirendra Shastri and the Bageshwar government.
Rajput condemned the posts, claiming that those with issues regarding the Hindu nation are behind the controversial social media activity. He stated, "The mindset of these individuals is being exposed through these social media posts. The person posting such controversial content is speaking anti-Hindu."
Despite the contentious atmosphere, Rajput affirmed his support for Dhirendra Shastri, saying, "What Dhirendra Shastriji is saying is true." The Divine Darbar, he hopes, will serve as a platform to reaffirm the spiritual leader's teachings and philosophy amidst the ongoing controversy.
