Surat – The New Harikrupa Textile Market, located in the Ramwadi area of Ring Road’s Salabatpura extension, has established itself as a key landmark for fabric traders. According to market minister Vishal Agarwal, the managing committee of the New Harikrupa Textile Market comprises 27 members. The leadership team includes President Sarvan Bhamu, Treasurer Sahiram Bhamu, Vice President Gajendra Sharma, Convener Nopnath Siddh, and Secretary Sachin Agarwal.
Vishal Agarwal, who also runs Shivpriya Textile, hails from Rajasthan and has been engaged in the sari trade at this market for the past five years. His business primarily connects with traders from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Chhattisgarh. He focuses on wholesale operations managed offline through agents.
Similarly, market president Sarvan Bhamu, proprietor of Prem Cut Piece Centre, also comes from Rajasthan. He has been conducting wholesale business in cut-piece fabrics for over a decade. His trade extends across multiple states, and like Agarwal, he continues to focus on traditional offline operations.
As per agency report, the market committee has also ensured proper safety and security arrangements for traders and visitors. Security guards have been deployed, CCTV cameras installed across the premises, and comprehensive fire safety measures are in place.
With its reputation for offering a variety of fabrics and its focus on maintaining a secure trading environment, New Harikrupa Textile Market remains a significant destination for textile wholesalers across the country.
