Mangalesh Pandey: Surat Entrepreneur Builds Thriving Business and Community Initiatives Through Hard Work
Surat, April 29 – In just a decade, Surat-based entrepreneur Mangalesh Pandey has built a strong business foundation that now employs over 20 people. Originally from Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh, Pandey completed his graduation from Deen Dayal Upadhyay University and received formal computer education before embarking on his professional journey.
Pandey first arrived in Surat with his family in 2013 for a casual visit. However, due to his mother’s health issues, they decided to stay longer. During this time, he sought employment and began working in the loan department of a marketing firm, where he spent around a year and a half. Eventually, driven by a spirit of independence, he left his job to start his own business.
Speaking about his journey, Pandey shared that he first launched a marble-themed restaurant based on the Avengers concept, which quickly gained popularity. Building on this success, in 2015, he founded Shaurya Management Company, specializing in EPCG consultancy, loans, and government subsidy assistance.
Pandey stated, “What generally takes 20 years to achieve, I accomplished in 10 years through sheer hard work and determination.” He proudly mentioned that most of his employees have been with him since the beginning, reflecting the loyalty and strong team spirit within his organization. Looking ahead, he plans to expand his company’s operations across Gujarat at the state level.
Beyond business, Mangalesh Pandey is deeply involved in social service. He established the Sparks Trust, through which he provides food, clothing during festivals, and other support to orphaned and underprivileged children. Additionally, he contributes voluntarily to the construction and maintenance of temples, promoting Sanatan Dharma traditions.
Pandey believes that no goal is too distant if one is determined, emphasizing that hard work remains the true key to success. His story stands as a testament to perseverance, vision, and a commitment to both professional and community development.
