MyRestica Technologies Secures Prestigious Tax Exemption Certificate from DPIIT, Inspiring Innovation from Tier-2 Cities
Vadodara-based MyRestica Technologies Private Limited has achieved a significant milestone in its mission to empower society through innovation and technology. The company has been awarded the coveted tax exemption certificate under Section 80-IAC of the Income Tax Act, 1961, by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India.
This certificate is granted to only about 2% of startups registered under the Startup India initiative. Out of over 160,000 startups registered since 2016, merely 3,300 have received this recognition, making MyRestica’s selection a matter of pride not just for Vadodara, but for the entire state of Gujarat and the nation.
Founded by Anand D. Vadhadia, a former student of the Department of Computer Science at M.S. University, Vadodara, the company was born out of a commitment to bring meaningful change through technology. Despite personally battling hemophilia and physical challenges, Anand's vision remained clear—to build a technology-driven platform that strengthens social impact.
At the core of MyRestica’s innovation lies its patented technology, “Human Value Identification and Proximal Expert Discovery,” which enables value-based human networking. The company's flagship product, “LivEars,” based on this technology, has already gained global traction with over 5.5 million users.
According to Anand Vadhadia, MyRestica is more than just a tech company—it is a philosophy that connects individuals based on shared values. He sees the tax exemption certificate as validation of their mission and a signal that when intent is strong, even the government becomes a supportive ally.
This achievement stands as a beacon of hope for young innovators from India’s Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, proving that with commitment, vision, and innovation, global recognition is possible even with limited resources.
MyRestica’s recognition not only symbolizes technical excellence but also strengthens India’s digital economy, boosts confidence among international investors, and showcases how real transformation emerges from the intersection of technology and empathy. For many aspiring entrepreneurs, this certificate is more than just a policy benefit—it is a dream realized through resilience and purpose.
