Surat Railway Station Platforms 2 and 3 Reopen After 82 Days, 115 Trains Resume Halt

Surat – After being closed for 82 days due to redevelopment work under the Multi-Modal Transport Hub (MMTH) project, Platforms 2 and 3 at Surat Railway Station have reopened for passengers starting today. The platforms had been shut from January 10 to March 31 to facilitate the second phase of the station's redevelopment.

With the completion of this phase, the halt of 115 trains has now been reinstated at Surat, providing major relief to daily commuters.
