Three-Day Embroidery, Textile, and Digital Printing Exhibition to be Held in Surat

Surat – A three-day 'Embroidery, Textile, Sewing, and Digital Printing Exhibition' will take place at the Sarsana International Center in Surat from September 13 to 15, 2024. The exhibition will feature state-of-the-art textile machinery from countries like Japan, China, Singapore, and Europe, alongside various Indian cities such as Surat, Ahmedabad, and Delhi.

As Surat is an industrial hub with access to a wide range of raw materials, the city produces a variety of textiles, making it a focal point for entrepreneurs from across the globe. Industrial units involved in yarn production and textile machinery are eager to showcase their products in Surat, a city known for its innovative textile industry.

Event organizers are committed to supporting the textile sector by hosting platforms that foster innovation. A month ago, the Gujarat Federation of Textiles, Fabrics, and Ready-to-Wear Clothing Chamber (GFRRCC) held a Yarn Expo from August 11 to 13 at the Sarsana International Convention Center. The expo attracted both domestic and international participants, proving the sustained efforts to elevate Surat’s textile industry to greater heights.

According to B.P. Mishra, CEO of Vardhman Events, over 40 stalls have already been registered for this upcoming exhibition. Beneficiaries can still register until September 12. For the first time in Surat, cutting-edge machines such as foil printing machines, embroidery machines worth over ₹1 crore, and full garment machines will be on display. This is one of Surat's longest-running exhibitions focused on textile and garment machinery.

The exhibition will open on September 13 at 10 a.m., and will be accessible to the public daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the three days.
