The one-year term of the office bearers of Federation of Surat Trade and Textile Association (FOSTTA) is set to conclude on July 8, marked by significant achievements and future initiatives.

Key Achievements:

1. Payment Dues Resolution: FOSTTA successfully mediated payment disputes, resolving 80% of cases through enhanced trader-buyer coordination.

2. Complaint Redressal System: A free complaint redressal service was instituted at FOSTTA's office, facilitating swift resolutions for traders.

3. Constitutional Framework: FOSTTA developed a transparent and systematic constitution to govern its operations effectively.

4. Online Application Launch: An upcoming online application will streamline complaint registration and enable traders to update legal and financial information conveniently.

FOSTTA President Kailash Hakim emphasized the organization's commitment to safeguarding the interests of Surat's extensive trading community and its associated workforce, buyers, and agents. The new online platform promises easier access to services, enhancing operational efficiency.
