Surat : Pandesara Industrial Groups Launch Greenery Campaign in GIDC

Surat - In a commendable effort to promote environmental sustainability, the Pandesara Industrial Association (PIA), South Gujarat Textile Processors Association (SGTPA), and Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) Surat have collaborated to increase greenery in Pandesara GIDC.

As part of this campaign, GPCB Surat Regional Officer Dr. Jigyasaben Ojha, Chairman of Pandesara Infrastructure Limited Kamalvijay Tulsiyan, and Chairman of SGTPA Jitendra Vakharia collectively de-polluted and beautified approximately 400 waste carts at Pandesara CETP. These rejuvenated carts will now be placed along the roads of Pandesara GIDC, contributing significantly to the area's beautification.

Commitment to Environmental Protection

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Jigyasaben Ojha emphasized the importance of the initiative, stating, "This campaign shows our commitment towards environmental protection. It is the duty of all of us to plant trees and reduce pollution." Her sentiments were echoed by Kamalvijay Tulsiyan, who remarked, "Pandesara Association has always been active in increasing greenery and saving the environment. This campaign is an important step in this direction."

Jitendra Vakharia also expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying, "We are happy to be a part of this initiative. We all should work together to make our city clean and green."
