Surat Hosts International Lab-Grown Diamond Buyer-Seller Meet
GJEPC Brings Together 33 Buyers from 23 Countries to Boost Lab-Grown Diamond Trade
Surat, India – The Gem and Jewelry Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) of the Gujarat Region inaugurated its first-ever International Lab-Grown Diamond Buyer-Seller Meet today, aimed at showcasing the advancements made in the Surat lab-grown diamond industry on a global scale. The event, held at Ruby Hall, La Meridien, near Magdalla Circle, will run for three days.
To facilitate the event, GJEPC carefully selected and invited 500 potential buyers based on data from major diamond buying companies' participation in various international exhibitions. According to Regional President Vijay Magukia, 33 buyers from 23 different countries have arrived in Surat to attend the meet.

The Buyer-Seller Meet has been organized to encourage one-on-one personal meetings between buyers and sellers. After finalizing deals, buyers will be given the opportunity to visit the seller's factory or office to gain further insight into the seller's operations and performance.
This event marks GJEPC's effort to bolster the lab-grown diamond trade in the Gujarat Region by providing a platform for international buyers and sellers to collaborate and build strong business relationships.
