Surat Students Shine: Highest A-1, A-2 Grades in Gujarat Board Class 12 Results

Surat District Outshines State in GSEB Class 12 Science, General Stream

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) declared the class 12 Science and General stream results, with Surat district students securing the highest A-1 and A-2 grades in the state. Surat's science stream achieved 85.56% results, while the general stream recorded 93.38% success.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) announced the results of class 12th Science and General streams on May 9, 2024. Surat district students showcased exceptional performance, securing the highest number of A-1 and A-2 grades in the state.

In the science stream, 15,866 students were registered, achieving an 85.56% pass rate. Surat students dominated with 328 securing A-1 grades and 1844 securing A-2 grades, the highest in Gujarat. Additionally, 2931 students achieved B-1 grades, and 2994 secured B-2 grades.

The general stream witnessed 38,551 students with a pass rate of 93.38%. Surat students excelled again, with 1703 securing A-1 grades and 7203 securing A-2 grades. Moreover, 9844 students achieved B-1 grades, and 10,013 secured B-2 grades.

This outstanding performance has brought pride to educators and parents, attributing the success to superior teaching facilities, students' hard work, and teachers' guidance. The results are expected to inspire future students and elevate the education sector in Surat district.
