VNSGU Chancellor Dr. Kishore Singh Chavda Completes Term

Dr. Kishore Singh Chavda has completed his three-year term as the Chancellor of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU). Due to the implementation of the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections, a new Chancellor has not been appointed yet. Consequently, Dr. Chavda will continue to serve as the in-charge Vice Chancellor from May 1.

Dr. Chavda's tenure saw some significant decisions, such as the implementation of technology to create hi-tech universities, securing maximum grants, releasing results earlier than other universities, and cracking down on fake study centers.

The process of appointing a new Chancellor will commence after May 1. Several names are under consideration for the new Vice Chancellor. The university community awaits the appointment and anticipates the direction the new leadership will take the institution.
