Surat : Sneh Charitable Trust Provides Slippers to Children Affected by Early Heatwave

Surat, Gujarat - Sneh Charitable Trust took action to help children in need as Surat experiences scorching temperatures in April.

The Trust distributed slippers to underprivileged children living near the Lanka Vijay Ghat on the banks of the Tapi River. With Surat facing an unexpected heatwave, many children were struggling to go outside without proper footwear.

"We noticed many children going barefoot in this extreme heat," said Trust President Swatiben Sosa. "Distributing slippers was a small way to bring them some relief."

The initiative brought smiles to the faces of the children, who were finally able to venture outside comfortably. Sneh Charitable Trust has appealed to the community to donate and support their efforts to assist underprivileged children in Surat.
