Disagreement Over Minor Transaction Leads to Fatal Beating in Pandesara

Surat: A young man lost his life in a violent altercation near Pandesara Pramukh Park, following a minor dispute involving a small transaction. The victim and another youth were brutally beaten with wooden sticks by four individuals. The young man, who sustained severe head injuries, later succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the hospital. Pandesara police have registered a case of murder against the four accused.

The incident took place last morning when Ajay Tiwari and Vinod Kumar Guddu went to have breakfast under the railway overbridge near Pramukh Park in the Pandesara area of Surat. A heated argument erupted between 32-year-old Vinod Kumar Guddu and Vibhuti Shah, the driver of a snack lorry parked near Pramukh Park. The disagreement escalated, prompting Vibhuti and his three friends, Vishwas alias Bapiya Gawde, Bipin Singh Rajput, and Bhupendra alias Bob Tiwari, to attack Vinod Kumar Guddu and Ajay Tiwari with wooden sticks.

Both Vinod Kumar Guddu and Ajay Tiwari sustained severe injuries during the assault, with Guddu suffering serious head and leg injuries.
