Surat, Gujarat: March 12, 2024 - The Bharatiya Janata Party's Surat Metropolitan Organization, led by the Mahila Morcha (women's wing), hosted a program to honor women achievers in various fields on the occasion of International Women's Day.
Celebrating Women's Contributions
The program, presided over by Surat City Chairman Niranjan Jhanjmera and City Incharge Sheetal Ben Soni, featured renowned writer and speaker Mrs. Ankita Mulani as the Chief Guest. Mrs. Mulani lauded the significant contributions women are making across all sectors in today's era, particularly under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Echoing this sentiment, both Mrs. Soni and Mr. Jhanjmera emphasized the strength and vital role women play in society. The program highlighted this by honoring women who have excelled in areas like cleanliness campaigns and education.

Surat City General Secretary Kishorebhai Bindal, Mukeshbhai Dalal, Surat Mahila Morcha President Mrs. Shilaben Tarpara, General Secretary Mrs. Mayaben Bard, Jaguriben Desai, Mahila Morcha Media Coordinator Mrs. Sheetalben Patel, and a large number of women were present at the event.
