Surat : The four-day "Udyog 2024" exhibition, jointly organized by the South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) and the South Gujarat Chamber Trade and Industry Development Center, concluded today at the Surat International Exhibition and Convention Center in Sarsana. The event witnessed a massive turnout, attracting over 20,000 buyers from various Indian cities.
The exhibition showcased a diverse range of products and services across various sectors, including textiles, electrical goods, engineering, environment, services, renewable energy, banking, finance, and more. Exhibitors received a significant number of inquiries, indicating strong interest from potential customers.
Buyers from numerous locations across India, including Indore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad, visited the exhibition, demonstrating its wide reach and impact. The first day saw over 4,170 visitors, followed by 5,580 on the second, 7,150 on the third, and 3,182 on the concluding day.
This year's edition of Udyog 2024 also featured a first-of-its-kind "3E Expo" pavilion, focusing on showcasing energy-efficient and environmentally friendly products and systems. The renewable energy sector also saw promising inquiries from potential customers.
The successful conclusion of Udyog 2024 underlines the event's significance as a crucial platform for fostering business opportunities and strengthening the industrial landscape of South Gujarat.
