Monkey Menace Terrorizes Surat Village: Over 40 Injured in Bites

Surat : Panic has gripped the village of Wankal in Surat district after a rogue monkey, dubbed "man-eater" by locals, attacked and injured over 40 people in the past two days.

The aggressive primate, believed to be part of a larger troop, has exhibited unusual behavior, targeting villagers and even biting a police officer on duty.

Both victims received first aid in Wankal before being rushed to Surat Civil Hospital for further treatment and anti-rabies vaccinations.
