Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel to Campaign in Karnataka for Upcoming Assembly Elections
Patel's First Out-of-State Campaign Appearance Since Taking Office
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel is set to campaign for the first time in another state since assuming office, with plans to visit Karnataka on March 26th. This comes as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress ramp up their efforts in the state ahead of the upcoming assembly elections.
As part of the visit, Patel and Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi will attend the "Sadakal Gujarat" event in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The event has been organized under Patel's guidance and aims to bring together the Gujarati community in Karnataka. With 84 Gujarati organizations and societies across the state, over 4,480 individuals have registered to participate in the program.

The event is scheduled to commence at 5 pm, featuring a cultural program presented by local non-resident Gujarati youth and an afternoon group discussion session involving prominent leaders from Amreli, Ahmedabad, and Kutch districts in Gujarat. A short film showcasing the achievements and recent developments of the Gujarat government will also be screened during the event.
As part of the program, non-resident Gujaratis who have made significant contributions to Karnataka through exceptional work or social service will be honored.
