Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel to Address Citizens' Concerns at State-Level 'Swagat' Program

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel is set to listen to citizens' problems and presentations at the state-level 'Swagat' online public grievance redressal program on Thursday, March 23. The 'Swagat' program is organized on the fourth Thursday of every month to address the issues faced by residents.

CM Patel will be present at the public relations room in the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) in Swarnim Sankul 2, where he will hear the public's problems, presentations, and complaints. He will then offer guidance to the concerned secretaries, officers, and departmental heads for redressal.

The 'Statewide Attention on Grievances by Application of Technology (SWAGAAT)' program was initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his tenure as Gujarat's Chief Minister. The program has been continued by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel as part of his administration's efforts to address and resolve citizens' concerns.
