Satpute, a 20-year-old mechanic from Navagam, was returning home after seeking treatment at a nearby hospital when the incident occurred. As he described, "Suddenly a cut kite appeared in front of my eyes. I immediately applied brakes and slowed down my moped, but my throat got cut."
