In a shocking turn of events, a joyous wedding celebration in Rajkot turned into mourning as the grooms's sister died while participating in a Dandiya Raas performance. Married Ankita Chandresh, who hailed from Indore in Madhya Pradesh, had come to attend the wedding of her cousin Aditya Dudkiya in Rajkot. The celebration was being held at Sri Vishwakarma Kelavani Mandal in Plot Street No. 7 of Bhaktinagar station.
The day had begun with a colorful program in the morning followed by a night of Dandiya Raas. Unfortunately, while participating in the Raas, Ankita suddenly fainted and was rushed to the Civil Hospital for treatment. However, the doctor declared her dead upon arrival. The Division Police were informed of the incident and the necessary actions were taken.
