Surat: A couple from Surat has taken a unique step to spread awareness about organ donation by including a message about it in their wedding invitation card. Parth Jagdishbhai Vadodaria and Ameesha Mukeshbhai Gondalia, who are getting married on December 1, 2023, have used their wedding invitation card as a platform to encourage people to pledge to donate their organs.
The couple has printed slogans like "Organ donation is a great donation," "Organ donation can be done even after brain death," and "I will save nine lives with Jeevandeep, one step towards organ donation" on their wedding invitation card. They have also written a message urging people to come together and take a pledge to donate organs.
Parth and Ameesha said that they decided to spread the message of organ donation through their wedding invitation card because they believe that it is an important cause that needs more attention. "We hope that by including this message in our wedding invitation card, we can encourage more people to think about organ donation and make the pledge to donate their organs," Parth said.
