Surat : Pre-Vibrant Future Ready 5F Textile Seminar to Focus on Gujarat's Textile Vision for a Developed India

Surat : In preparation for the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit-2024, a Pre-Vibrant Textile Seminar themed "Future Ready 5F: Gujarat's textile vision for a developed India" will be held in Surat on Thursday, November 23. The event will bring together industry experts, government officials, and business leaders to discuss the future of the textile industry in Gujarat and its role in shaping a developed India by 2047.

District Collector Ayush Oak announced the seminar at a press conference held at the District Collector's office. He stated that the seminar will focus on the Prime Minister's 5F vision for the textile industry - Farm to Fiber, Fiber to Fabric, Fabric to Fashion, and Fashion to Foreign. Textile experts will delve into each stage of the textile value chain and discuss how Gujarat can lead the way in developing a sustainable and globally competitive textile industry.

"This seminar is an important platform to showcase Gujarat's strengths in the textile sector and to explore new opportunities for growth and development," said District Collector Oak. "We are confident that the insights shared by the experts will be invaluable to our industry partners and will help us achieve our vision of Gujarat as a textile hub for a developed India."

The seminar will feature guidance from prominent industry leaders and experts, including Sohail Nathwani, Chairman of the National Trade Council ASSOCHAM, Prashant Agarwal of Leading Edge Textile Infrastructure, and Suryadev Mukherjee, Senior Consultant at VVIG Tradition Technology. These experts will share their perspectives on the future of the textile industry and how Gujarat can position itself as a global leader.

In addition to the expert presentations, the seminar will also include panel discussions and networking sessions. This will provide participants with the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue and explore potential collaborations.

The Pre-Vibrant Future Ready 5F Textile Seminar is expected to attract over 550 entrepreneurs and industry representatives from across Gujarat and India. The event is being organized in collaboration with the State Government, ASSOCHAM, and the Chamber of Commerce.
