Ahmedabad Airport Now Connects to Jaisalmer, Agra, Diu, and Port Blair

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPIA) in Ahmedabad has announced new destinations for flights, including Jaisalmer, Agra, Diu, and Port Blair. The new schedule was implemented on October 29, 2023.

Indigo Airlines has started booking for daily direct flights from Ahmedabad to Diu and Jaisalmer. The airline has also started its service to Agra. SpiceJet has also started daily flights to Chennai connecting Ahmedabad with Port Blair. In addition, SpiceJet has increased the number of direct flights to Dubai from seven to nine weekly.

With these new additions, SVPIA is now connected to 39 domestic and 15 international destinations with 18 airlines. Business class passengers will benefit from both domestic and international connectivity.

The new destinations offer a variety of attractions for tourists and business travelers alike. Jaisalmer is known for its golden sand dunes and forts, while Agra is home to the world-famous Taj Mahal. Diu is a popular beach destination, and Port Blair is the capital of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, known for its beautiful beaches and coral reefs.

The increased flight frequency to Dubai will also benefit travelers, providing them with more options to choose from when visiting the city.
