Ahmedabad, October 15, 2023: A shocking incident took place at Sola High Court police station in Ahmedabad on Sunday morning. A young man, Vedant Raja, took the dead body of his friend, Swapnil Prajapati, to the police station and confessed to killing him.
According to the police, the two friends were sitting in a car near Vishwakarma Bridge near Chandlodiya late on Saturday night when they had a dispute over some issue. Vedant then attacked Swapnil with a sharp weapon, killing him.
Instead of taking Swapnil's body to the hospital, Vedant drove straight to Sola High Court police station and told the police about the crime. The police arrested Vedant and sent Swapnil's body to Sola Civil Hospital for post-mortem.
The police believe that the murder may have been committed over a love triangle. They are interrogating Vedant to get more information about the motive and the circumstances surrounding the crime.
