Gujarat CM to Lead Roadshow in Mumbai to Attract Investment for Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024
Event Aims to Highlight Gujarat as the 'Gateway to the Future'
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will lead a roadshow in Mumbai on October 11 to attract investment for the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024. The roadshow will focus on attracting mega investments in various sectors, including FinTech, IT, Banking Financial Services and Insurance, as well as future-ready mega projects.
The objective of the program is to highlight Gujarat as the 'Gateway to the Future' through VGSS 2024.
The curtain raiser event for Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024 recently held in New Delhi saw the participation of over 1500 investors and entrepreneurs. Also, under the same event, in another program in the evening, a conversation was also organized with more than 119 diplomats and heads of missions in the presence of Chief Minister Patel. The Chief Minister presented his address at this event regarding the 20 years of success of Vibrant Gujarat Summit, and Gujarat's readiness to realize Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision 'Developed India@2047'.
After the grand success of the curtain raiser event in New Delhi, the roadshow organized in Mumbai will be attended by Finance, Energy and Petrochemicals Minister Kanubhai Desai, Industry Minister Balwant Singh Rajput, Minister of State (Home and Police Housing, Industries, Cultural Activities ) Harsh Sanghvi and Minister of State (MSME, Cottage, Khadi and Rural Industries, Civil Aviation) Jagdish Vishwakarma, and Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister K. Kailashnathan.
President of CII and Vice President of TVS Supply Chain Solutions R. Dinesh will deliver the welcome speech at this event. After this, there will be a screening of an audio-visual film and Additional Chief Secretary, Industries and Mines Department, S.J. Haider will give a presentation on Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024. The event will also see the address of Raj Kumar, Chief Secretary, Government of Gujarat, and prominent industry leaders will also share their experiences about Gujarat.
The Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit is a biennial event that has been attracting investment to the state since 2003. The 10th edition of the summit is scheduled to be held in Gandhinagar from January 10 to 12, 2024.
