In cases where patients ask directions from the inquiry or case window, staff can simply instruct them to follow a specific color stripe to reach the desired location.

The Superintendent of Smear Hospital, Jitendra Darshan, explained that the idea for the color-coding system emerged after Deputy Commissioner Raju Patel observed the difficulties faced by patients in locating wards or departments. Darshan further mentioned that patients from different provinces and linguistic backgrounds visit Smear Hospital, and the color-coding is especially beneficial for those with language barriers.
The color-coded system was also implemented during the Corona period and received positive feedback from the public. It has now been reintroduced, providing significant relief for patients and their families.
