A man from Surat has been arrested by the Rander police after allegedly abandoning his wife in a hotel in Saputara. The couple had reportedly traveled to Saputara for a vacation, but got into a fight and the husband left, taking his wife's phone and important documents with him.
The wife was left stranded in the hotel until she was able to contact a relative who helped her pay the bill and return home to Surat. She then filed a complaint with the police against her husband and father-in-law.
