After being kidnapped from a health center in 2017, Kishan (name changed), a six-year-old child, was reunited with his birth mother, Sufiya, last month. However, Kishan had never seen his mother before and could not recognize her, causing him to cry when taken to her. Kishan had been raised as the abductor's wife's son for the last four years. Despite this, the kidnapper's wife, Naina, facilitated the reunion, trying to right her husband Kamlesh's mistake.
Kamlesh had stolen Kishan in 2017 after Naina's miscarriage. Last month, the Kamrej police cracked the case and traced Kishan to Vadodara.
