Ahmedabad, India: The valiant efforts of two traffic police officers were recognized after they successfully resuscitated an unconscious young man using CPR, in a public demonstration of their dedication to their community.

The heart-stopping incident took place at Ahmedabad's Kalupur circle, when a young man named Rafiq Sheikh abruptly fell unconscious, causing a flurry of activity among the startled public. In a remarkable display of composure and quick thinking, ASI Mustakamiya and Home Guard Jugal Kishore, assisted by Nareshbhai, stepped in to help the fallen youth.

Sheikh was experiencing severe chest pain and had lost consciousness while riding his Activa. Responding to the emergency, the officers promptly administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), triggering an immediate improvement in his condition.

Once Sheikh's breathing steadied, the officers dialed 108, ensuring he was safely transferred to the nearest hospital for further medical attention. Following the heroic rescue, the officers informed Sheikh's family of the incident and his current health status.

The courageous actions of the traffic police were met with a wave of admiration and gratitude from the gathering crowd, who had watched the drama unfold in real time. Footage from the scene, showing the officers' swift application of life-saving CPR, further highlighted their outstanding professionalism and humanity.
