The district administration has initiated extensive preparations for the potential presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the inauguration of the newly constructed Sardar Dham-3 at the Waghdodia Crossing on National Highway-48 near Vadodara city. Several committees have been formed to ensure smooth operation and coordination of the event, which will work in collaboration with the Sardar Dham Trust.

An important meeting was held at the collector's office, attended by Collector Dr. Anil Dhameliya, Additional Police Commissioner Nilesh Jajdhiya, District Development Officer Mamta Hirpara, and Superintendent of Police Sushil Agarwal, among others. The meeting reviewed the program outline and arrangements.

According to the potential schedule, the Prime Minister may attend the inauguration ceremony of Sardar Dham-3 on May 11 in the afternoon. During this time, he will inspect the hostel, library, and other facilities on the premises. Following this, he is expected to participate in a public event, which is likely to see a large turnout from across Gujarat.

Preparations for a grand welcome along his return route are also underway. The Vadodara Municipal Corporation is making special arrangements from Gada Circle near Harni Lake to the airport. This route was inspected by Municipal Commissioner Arun Mahesh Babu and other officials.

During the meeting, Sardar Dham trustees Ghanshyambhai Bord and Rameshbhai Limbani provided detailed information about the program and the arrangements made for the general public. The Collector appreciated the efforts made by the Trust and provided necessary suggestions regarding parking, seating arrangements, catering, and transportation issues.

Other officials present included Resident Additional Collector B.S. Patel, Assistant Collector Aishwarya Dubey, Additional Collector Manisha Brahmbhatt, and Mehul Pandya.
